I bought mine from eneba (ultimate edition)
and its been 5 days of waiting for nothing really no reply's no solutions tried everything (repair the game,new user in windows,uninstalling etc) and still waiting for you guys but from my perspective is that you will make us wait until 29th of September rather than fixing your issue

Same problem here, g2a code, stuck on preparing for download-> cleared cache and game poofed!
Funny thing is, website shows that i own the game and i can log in in the FUT-Companion. Matter of Fact i created already a Team and opened my first Pack but still am not able to download the game. Thats definetly a EA-Issue. The code is 100% fine.

Bought the game from Instant gaming, never had a issue with it, bought like 150 games for my steam account but only the buggy ea app is the only provider who has on every game the biggest bug issue ived ever seen in providers redeeming a simple game.
