EA FC 24 HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE LIBRARY IN THE EA APP AFTER REDEEMING KEY

That has nothing with the purchase I redeemed the code received the ultimate edition but I’m not able to play says 29th September so where is my early access

I redeemed a code for EAFC Ultimate Edition and it worked then when i go to library i see it for a second before the game disappeared and when i tried to redeem the code again it said it has already been redeemed

Then how is the code working? Explain lain to me in details please

I bought the game from a website (I can spell it if that's alright), about a month ago. Today, I recieved an e-mail from the website that my EA FC 24 is ready to be taken. I reedemed it into my EA App, it accepted it, everything worked fine, now it's not loading into my library. Do u have any idea about what could I do? I am not expecting to play the game till friday, but I want it to be shown in my app or at least to know for sure, that on friday I will be able to play the game.

Hi I redeemed a code for EA FC 24 and for some reason it just hasnt added it to my library. Also when i try to redeem the code now it says its already been used. Its nothing to do with the people i purchased the code off because its worked in the past but for some reason EA have decided to remove the game from me.

same has happened with me with the standard edition i purchased the key from CDKEYS i used it and its not in my library and when i go to use it again its already used
