EA FC 24 has disappeared from the library in the EA App

The game disappeared from the library, I had previously seen it there. The game itself (ultimate edition) was purchased on Steam, which is connected to the ea app. I wanted to figure out the preload,...

    Hey all,

    If you're still experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC™ 24 purchased in the EA App and not showing up in the Library, please share with us the following info: 

    • EA ID: (you can find it Here.)
    • When did you purchase the game? (Date)
    • Region set on EA App:
    • Screenshot of the error received. 
    • Error Report ID from EA APP*:

    *To get the Error Report ID, on the EA App, open the Menu in the upper left corner > EA Error Reporter > (Type of Problem) Game Library > Submit the report and copy and paste the ID here.

    [UPDATE]: Thank you all for the info provided. After an investigation, we can confirm that if you purchased the game from a third-party reseller, you'll need to contact them to get it sorted. 
    If you bought the game from the EA App Store, please reply with the requested information above.

I purchased EAFC 24 from a third party and got a key. When i typed it, it told me that it is accepted for the game that i bought, but it didn't show up in my library. I tried typing it in again, but it just said that the code was already redeemed. I sent a help letter to the third party platform which i bought it from, but I think it is the EA app's fault, as the code was correct, and it said that it was accepted. What should I do???

    Hello, i really hope you can help me

    My EA ID is: bojuc

    I purchased the game off CDKeys.com (the region was worldwide and the key was for standard edition).

    I received the code as a gift from a friend, so I don't know when the game was purchased, but I redeemed the code first on Wednesday, October 4th.

    The region/contry set for my account is Romania.

    I have posted three screenshots which show what the app first told me, that was that the code was accepted and then not showing up in the Library, then when I tried to activate it again, it told me that this code was already redeemed. I also showed proof that the game is still not in my Library.

    The Error Report ID is:

    Hope this can be fixed, i really want to play EAFC 24.

    I redeemed the game code today and the game disappeared from my library. The customer support via chat was not helpful and only made excuses. I am very disappointed!
