EA Fc 24 keeps crashing

Me and a friend have been having this issue that when we open ea fc it functions normally until we try to input a command (press any button) then it will crash thus making it unable to play the game.

I have tried;

Re installing the game

Re installing the Ea app

Repairing the game

I don’t know how to fix this issue and would appreciate the help.
