EA FC 24 not downloading

Hi there, 

recently i had the problem, that the game just randomly crashed. This happend more and more, so i tried to fix the game in the EA app. Didnt work. So i uninstalled and installed it again. Didnt work. So i uninstalled it and uninstalled the EA App as well. And now if I try to donwload the game its stuck at 2 percent. During this process some windows stuff doesnt work properly. For example if i try to open the windows explorer its just not responding and the background turns black. The task manager is taking years to load as well. Cancelling the installation doestn work either. then its just stuck in the cancel animation. I tried clearing the Cache, updating drivers; nothing worked. Idk what happend because i was able to play the game normally the weeks before and suddenly itslike that. If you know a solution id be happy to hear it.
