EA FC 24 Not Launching after Splash Screen

Hey everyone, 

Many factors could cause a crash during the game's launch. With  Title Update #11  the main cause of this issue has been fixed.

If you are still experiencing crashes at launch or the game is stuck at the splash screen, we suggest following the troubleshooting steps listed below. 

• Uninstall and Install EA Anticheat again, following our EA Help Article (Link).

• Disable Control Flow Guard from Exploit Protection in Windows.
  • Go on the search bar and search for "Windows Security," then go to App and Browser Control > Exploit protection settings > Turn off the Control Flow Guard.
• Use the Compatibility Mode. 
  • Locate the game folder (from the EA app, click on the tree lines in the upper left corner > Settings > Download)
  • Select the FC 24 executable file and select it with the right click > Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows (e.g., Windows 7), and apply the changes.
  • Do the same with the EA Anticheat file.
• Add EA Anticheat and FC 24 as exceptions.
  • If you are using third-party security software, be sure to add FC 24 and EA Anticheat as exceptions so that this software won't block the game's launch.

• Close non-essential third-party software.
  • Some software or services working in the background could conflict with EA Anticheat or the EA app. Please be sure to close all non-essential applications from the task manager before you open the EA app and FC 24. (Thank you @Samzrex , for sharing this solution).
• Keep your driver updated and check Rendering GPU Settings.
  • Check that the last version of your GPU is installed. If you use an Nvidia, Open the Nvidia Control Panel and switch GPU Rendering OpenGL from Automatic to your graphic card. (Thanks @Allgoewer-Fan)
• Clear the cache of EA app and repair FC 24.
  • Clear Cache: Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.
  • to repair the game in EA App: Select the game from the Library > Manage > Repair.
