Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to play your EA games for so long. I need some information first to be able to help you.
1 - What is the error message you see when trying to launch the games? Is it the same message for all games?
2 - Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
3 - Could you please provide a DxDiag? How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag

Thanks for the detailed description. It looks like you've tried the most relevant troubleshooting steps so far. As a Clean Boot should disable any background programs that might be conflicting with the EA app and the game, and you have also disabled the firewall and so on, I recommend now trying a new Windows Admin account to see if that helps.

Please try setting up a new Windows Admin account, run the game and the EA app as admin and let us know how that goes,

- ankurch4510 months agoRising Novice@EA_cuervo I tried this setting up a new admin account and running my EA app and FC 24 from there, both running as administrator but they behave the same as mentioned in the original issue. Do you have any other solutions I can try?

I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to launch your games.
It's hard to pinpoint what's preventing the EA app from functioning correctly. Perhaps you could try a Clean Boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer
This should disable all background programs and if one of them is preventing the app from running, this might fix it.
