Ea Fc 24 Sometimes Freezing And Crashing

Usually, updating or reinstalling your video drivers helps with this, thanks.

My drivers are up to date, so I tried to do a fresh install of the latest GPU drivers.

I've seen that many people are having the famous problem of: DirectX function 'GetDeviceRemovedReason' failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG... :

In my case I tried several ways to try to solve it, but the one that has worked for me has been: Reinstall the video drivers cleanly and uninstall in my case the RGB management software of my Gygabyte graphics card. I haven't had any more problems with this so far. Apparently, from what I've been able to find out, Nvidia's latest version of drivers is causing conflicts with the graphics card's RGB management software.

In case anyone can help.

This was the first FC/Fifa i have bought since 18 and I regret spending my money on it. Since launch I have tried every possible thing I have seen on forums/Youtube just to be able to play this game without it crashing and there is no fix for this unfortunately. I actually enjoy this game unlike a majority or the community. But it is unplayable on PC, some days you are able to play hours without crashing and then others I cant finish one match without crashing. Drivers are up to date and cleanly installed, reinstalled FC24 multiple times, put graphic setting on lowest possible setting, used a 60 hz monitor, cleared Direct X cache, UnOverclocked my PC, etc. My PC is fully capable of running this game if I am able to run every other game on max settings so I know that it is not the issue I just wish I knew before hand this game is only playable on console. Maybe PC isnt master race for FC lol.  EA if you do end up reading this please try and help us PC players out and hopefully you are able to solve this issue, many of us former console players have moved over to PC and would like to enjoy your game as well

Hello, I have a problem with fc 24. When I play, my game hangs most of the time and I have the following problem: DirectX function "Dx12Renderer::waitOnSwapChain Gpu timeout detected" failed with message DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("GPU will not respond to any more commands" ). Graphics card: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX3060", driver: 54633. This error is usually caused by a graphics driver failure; try installing the latest drivers.

I'm trying to do everything, install the latest graphics card and Windows drivers. I try to press alt + enter when I have this problem. Uninstall discord and geforce experience. And I still have this problem

- Platform ID - How do I find this? 

- Where exactly does the crash occur? Randomly, it happens during a match, or in the menus, without any specific timeframe. 

- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue? as stated beforehand, I would be doing anything, whether its playing a match or navigating the menus and the game crashes 

- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash.

whilst I am unable to provide a video, the crash message states: 

DirectX function "Dx12Renderer::WaitOnSwapChain Gpu timeout detected" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070". Driver: 55123. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing: try installing the latest drivers. 

Please note that all my drivers are up-to-date.
