EA FC 24 stuttering and bugs [PC]

Question

Hello everyone, i have EA FC 24 for PC on EA App, Nvidia GTX 1060, i am sure that at setup something goes wrong,&nbsp;for a while I was able to play well and the game ran smoothly, except for some bugs in the menus, but I had to delete the 'FC24' file in documents every time I started it. One day, looking for a permanent solution, I deleted the settings file from the screen that comes out when the game starts, but from there the game became unusable. I'm sure that some files are mishandled at startup, but I'm afraid I can't fix it myself. I have already uninstalled the game and also the EA app 3 times, last night I wasted 3 hours after uninstalling to delete all EA related files on my PC thinking there was some file that kept ruining the gaming experience, when I started it for the first time I played 10/15 games without any problems, it's a shame that this morning I turned on the PC and when I started playing the stuttering was back and the game wasn't enjoyable. I hope that mine experience can be useful to the developers to understand where the problem lies, at least in my case I am quite sure that there is something to fix in the game's startup routine, because there is a huge difference between one startup and another. This is software related not hardware or video card settings etc. Also because I can play much heavier games with the same PC (Hogwarts Legacy)

Hey, stuttering means your graphic card produces less frames than your monitor refresh rate. So you have to enable vsync if you play full screen, no other way.

Maybe it's not stuttering, i don't know how to say It in english, but the game is not smooth, and it didn't happen when I delete files in documents at the game starts, so i don't think it Is VGA problem. The game goes smooth or not based on how i handle the FC24 files, so the problema it's on this files and them handling. I haven't the source code so i can't know what Is wrong, but who work on this code should know It and fix It, the game is on since the 29th September so they had a lot of time to use our money to fix their code, or at least to give us a turnaround to let us play decent.

I found a workaround, it has not any sense, but the problem it's with the settings override made by the EA app/server at the start of the game. So it consist in:

start the game offline (I usually remove the old settings and stuff in the temp folder, but I'm not sure if it's needed)
create new settings from zero
change the settings in what you want
reconnect the pc to the online servers

It worked for me, i played really smooth without doing any change to my vga settings or other things, in my case it is just some problem with settings.

It's just a temporary solution and doing it is very annoying and time consuming, so I hope we will have a permanent solution soon, I recommend taking a look at how the EA servers or the EA Desktop application overwrite or modify the settings in the FC24 folder (in documents) at startup
