Ea fc 24 ultimate download restarts itself and return 0% after reach 100 %

Question

Hello please, I have a problem while downloading EA FC 24 ultimate edition , when the download is 100% complete it restarts itself automatically, I try again and the same problem?
please how can i solve this problem ?

and i try that again last night with cable , but the same problem , when the download finish it restarting from 0 one more time again !

Also i'dont know why all the type of files in shoulder of game is fichier dll_dip_staged ?

That's can be the main of the download problem?

Please we need help to fix that before 22 ,we purchase the ultimate edition to have 7 days early access not to have all that type of problem !

It might be because&nbsp; you didn't turn off your antivirus when you started the ea app. Try that and see if the problem is solved. For me bitdefender for some reason it breaks the ea app completely and i usually get these kind of issues, but if you close ea app completely , turn off your antivirus , restart ea app , clear cache, restart the app again and reload the page. Then it might work for you eventually.

Hey&nbsp;@VenomsDeath7 If your game download progress resets at the end, please clear the app cache data and change the installation folder from the EA app settings. Check if&nbsp; the EA app was installed in the default location.&nbsp;
