Here is the message shown when I try to reset my draft, I dont want another token, only my draft to be reset so I can play it

I just contacted the EA support and they said to me that my case will be forwarded to the development team, and they will update me in the "near future" abt my issue, how much time do you reckon I'll have to wait ?
