@Haguigscreed I am not sure on their timelines. Did they not reset draft for you?

Nope, the back and fourth with the support agent ended with him telling me that my case was forwarded and put in a queue, I guess my issue needs more than just a simple draft reset, idk whats going on, they hardly explain anything.
