ea fc 24 ultimate team ea account been restricted accessing any online

I am having the same issue. I boughtEAFC 24 for my kids to play on the PS4 but one of the accounts is unable to access the Playstation Network features.  Their age on their EA account is above the 12 year old restriction that must be applied in our country, but he was able to access FUT in FIFA 23.  I have no idea if the restriction is at the EA account end or the PSN account.  Even removing all the age based restrictions doesn't make a difference.  There is nothing out there that can provide a solution or a reason that this issue exists.  Currently I have a game that cannot be used for what it was purchased for.
