Ea FC 24 When Playing Online there is huge delay when i press the controller

Why is my gameplay like 3 seconds delayed. If I want my player to run, he does it after 3 seconds, if I want him to pass he does it after 3 seconds, etc. This was also a problem for me in the last FIFA. Also this is only a problem in Online modes.
