I have same problem like others sience fifa 23. Few months ago i upgrade my internet 100/100 score on oficial ea test, really low input lag.
My feelings it’s like my team got -20 to all stats. Actually can’t do nothing against player who have normal gameplay. When i matched someone with same problem game looks like two bronze cards team with 30 pace.
I saw some post about ea servers and looks should be only one reason. Only wonder why not everyone have this issue.

unlucky i can got refund because on ea play 10h works perfect and at the weekend.
@EA_Aljo How come we have to send a video and EA cannot just take our word for the fact that WE CANNOT PLAY THE THING ONLINE at all?! Its not a coincidence all these people experience the issue. Literally I can go back and play 23 pro clubs on PS5 with no issues at all, never had an issue all the way up until FC 24 clubs, which is unplayable. At this point better off just playing 23 clubs until it’s fixed.
