Many people have the issue and the standard version hasn’t released yet so image after releasing i would say 60% of people will have the problem, the weird thing that I’m facing the delay Input in ALL ultimate team modes except squad battles and moments.

For PC users:
From my experience, online lag is not only related to connection quality. There's also an impact from CPU usage which is higher than in offline matches. CPU is always needed to afford when the GPU can't make it.
Tipically if the lag comes from connection you see some bursts while if the lag comes from CPU it is constant.
Before assuming it is connection issue, try lowering the graphic settings, use gsync and disable vsync, limit game FPS to your monitor refresh rate. Borderless window works better with FPS limit + gsync.
