We’re not able to contact EA Games via chat anymore. Who is going to help me/us fix this problem?

I have tried everything and the delay is just not going away. When I turn V-Sync off my game starts to stutter and there is visible screen tear and when i turn V sync on then the delay gets increased even more.

They don’t care about customers. Sad but true, noone will help us and nooone will repair it.

only one solution to not buy ea games in future
