Ea fc 89 ovr duplicate exchange problem

When I put my 90 ovr gold Benzema in the 89 duplicate exchange it does not appear but when I put it in the 88 ovr duplicate exchange it appears. Why is it like this? I even checked with all my device...

@CosmaRaniax Can you post a screen shot please - I’m not sure which exchange you are referring to?
