Ea fc 89 ovr duplicate exchange problem

When I put my 90 ovr gold Benzema in the 89 duplicate exchange it does not appear but when I put it in the 88 ovr duplicate exchange it appears. Why is it like this? I even checked with all my device...

      Just to add, this isn't a browser cache issue. On the companion app I get the same results
