EA FC Mobile gem offers problem

I have done my offer in another game to reach some gems and nothing happened. Earlier I've been doing some offers and they worked well. But this time my ~8000 gems are stuck. I have contacted to not-eafc side and they checked that problem. They rewarded me but there is a problem on eafc side. Please someone know what to do?
