@Ronref99 There are a few ways to go about this one. Typically it indicates that the password is being reset for the wrong account.
Go to EA.com and try to log in first with your EA account and if that doesn't work, try the Switch account, and then you can reset the password. There is not a way to manually log in if the accounts are already connected.
- @Ronref99 Hello. I had the same problem. In fact, there was already an EA account (FIFA 2018) and Nintendo somehow remembered it and kept using it even though I had unlinked it in the Nintendo Account and relink with FC24.
Luckily, I was able to remember my old email address because both my email address and Nintendo ID had changed at Nintendo in the meantime. However, the old Nintendo ID is still stored at EA, which is why EA Support could not find my Nintendo ID in their systems.
