EA Giving no communication on suspension

My son has been seemingly suspended from purchasing fifa points. His accounts states there is a sanction, which according do your terms could be a host of things but we have no idea what this is. I have had no communication from EA via email to state there was or is an issue. 

I posted a request on the page, which simple now says "Declined" - we are in the dark over all of this. The level of information given to me is quite shocking. My son is 11 years of age and lives for these events, one of which is coming up and he cannot buy any points, allowing him to get involved. 

Please!! Can somebody offer some actual HELP!
