Same problem. After yesterday's Nvidia driver update, FPS drops from 120 to 60 for a few seconds. Nothing helps.
Same issue for me. Every 60 seconds of so, my CPU and GPU utilization will tank for 2-4 seconds and the game slows to a crawl, then it's back to normal. Repeats consistently whether I'm in a game or just in the menus.
Also tested to make sure it's just a Madden issue by launching other games and no other games (Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six: SIege, and Rocket League) had this issue. I started noticing this yesterday about 5pm PST.
