today all of a sudden im getting "speed up" lag or as some people know it "catch up" i havent changed anything to cause this either, supposedly there was an anti cheat update in the early hours of this morning but i didnt notice an update when launching the game today.
my recent games have low ping, no packet loss and low jitter however my fps indicator shows me dropping from 200 fps to 60-100, once the "lag" is over the fps goes back to normal, it repeats over and over in every single match.

fixed for me by
adding fc24.exe to Nvidia control panel and enabling vsync fixed it for me, this is my .ini file also
running at 200 fps no drops anymore, vsync isnt actually on in game however it does fix the issue, weird i know

So you aren't experiencing any more stuttering after turning vsync off?
No se olviden de entrar al panel de control de Nvidia y en controlar la configuración 3d van a configurar por programa, seleccionan ea sports fc 24 y solo van a la sincronización vertical y ponen activado
