So you aren't experiencing any more stuttering after turning vsync off?

  @V05505 vsync is on on fc24.exe in nvidia but i have to set to off in my .ini file, played multple friendlies then rivals afterwards and no more spikes, fps is at 200, i dont understand how or why it works but it does
