Ea servers bugged

I keep getting the error message saying “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you reconnect to EA Servers.”  N...

Hi there, @zykepop 

Thanks for reaching out about this. Let's go through some troubleshooting to try to find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

    @zykepop 

    I think the issue is being on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

      The router is too far away for me to connect with a wire

        @zykepop 

        That's your problem then. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire? If you stop disconnecting, that would confirm it's a wireless issue.
