Ea servers bugged
I keep getting the error message saying “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you reconnect to EA Servers.” N...
Hi EA team,
After the latest update I have been having trouble logging into Ultimate team. The first issue that happen was during loading into the FC24 game I got stuck on a white fc24 screen with the select and language selection button at the bottom but nothing else showing. This happens quite regularly, and even if I am able to load into the main menu, I would select ultimate team and after awhile of loading it would tell me they can’t currently connect to the server and will return me to the main menu.
what should I do in this case? I’m using ps4

I have this same issue since the update. What’s going on?
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have tried this method, and it does not work. I have also tried other methods mentioned by others, such as changing DNS and uninstalling the game, and they all don't work.

You mentioned also having trouble loading into the main menu. Do you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports? If so, unplug those and then see if the game loads.
Regarding the issue with logging in to UT, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
