Ea servers bugged

I keep getting the error message saying “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you reconnect to EA Servers.”  N...

@ulyssesych 

You mentioned also having trouble loading into the main menu. Do you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports? If so, unplug those and then see if the game loads.

Regarding the issue with logging in to UT, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Hi I have nothing plugged into the USB Port.This happen sometimes I’d say 5/10 times it will happen

    @ulyssesych 

    Can you switch to a wired connection to see if that helps? If so, make sure you power cycle your network as well.

      i bought a LAN cable in order to switch to wired connection. And it still didn’t work. the same issue happened.

        Did you also power cycle as I mentioned? Something else to try is using alternate DNS settings as described here.
