EA Sports 24 no starts

Hi, I have a problem with the game EA sports 24, I install everything, but I can't start the match. When I kick off and start it, it loads but doesn't start. In the coach's career, the junior friendly match starts but no other match loads. Since I bought the game, I would like to play it, please advise. Thanks
