- Where exactly does the crash occur? - Everywhere. When I open a pack as soon as the position reveals itself. Whenever I'm doing an SBC, changing a player in my team, scrolling through the transfer market, viewing the club, loading up moments. It crashes randomly during matches too. Yesterday I was one game off Division 5, 2 goals up and the game crashed. Haven't been able to get close to promotion since. Another instance I crash often is when it displays my opponent's team before a match, it typically crashes right as the midfield players appear.
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue? - Just play the game, it's bound to happen. I can't give steps to replicate the issue as it is so frequent in everything.
It's been three and a half weeks since the game came out and it keeps crashing randomly on PC and you still haven't made a patch to fix this problem. Shame on you EA. €100 for a game that doesn't work. you are a disgrace. just think about collecting money.
