Connection issues

I cant play pro clubs or any online activity because its lagging and the internet connection is apparently bad, but it only happens on ea fc 24 and every other game runs well so i know that the internet is not the problem. what should i do?

FC 24 anti-cheat error
The game keeps crashing on startup, showing a message that the anti-cheat is not updated. Even after updating, it still happens and the game won't open at all.
