EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Game crashing

that is my crash issue as well it happens to me very frequently like every game

An ASUS laptop (PC) with Game First IV switched off because it otherwise would trigger the Splash Screen issue

- Where exactly does the crash occur?

In Career Mode match, approx 1/3 into every game. If I skip the game, it happens in the next. It does not occur in individual games.

- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue?

Happened three times in a row now. Issue started occuring since the last update; maybe it has corrupted game settings, or savegame-file?

- Where exactly does the crash occur?I was playing squad battle and winning 5-1 in world class in 88 minute
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue? The game just freeze and go out from the game. When i enter the game they consider a lost for me 3-0 also when the game freeze in the end the ps5 system ask to send the error to analyse.

This is very unfair because i lost 2000 points to the squad battle ranks

when are you gonna fix this probleme 

It’s only when during gameplay, in match. It is totally random and not very consistent. Every platform experiences the issue from what I’ve heard. Like I said in the post nothing can really reproduce the issue, it just kind of happens out of nowhere.

Kindly help to fix this soon, its happening very frequently now.

- I think Coop camera make the crash happen more often (Not sure)

- Where exactly does the crash occur? In game and especially in Champions. Its random can be in 1st half  or 2 half
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue?The game crashes directly without any error message. An irregular crash.. I didn't have it for a week then it reappeared after the October 13 update.
- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash. Crash error is already uploaded in responses by another client
