EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Game crashing

It isn't exactly super consistent but it is definitely random and unexpected. It's happened during matches on pro clubs, fut rivals/champs, and I'm sure just overall every mode it will occur. Nothing exactly precedes the crash event, the game just randomly dies. It's not a super frequent issue but for a triple A title to have this issue is not okay.

- Where exactly does the crash occur? - While in game or menus too. It happens randomly. In game Rivals, squad battle or sbc menus too
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue?- Crash happens randomly, Like 2 games of rivals will be fine then in 3rd game it will crash in game 2nd half or any time randomly. Game just closes automatically when this happens.
- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash.- I dont have it now but I can clip next time.

• Date/Time just happend at 15:15 UK time during sqaud battles (it doesnt matter where , it crashes everywhere , everytime )

• Any message received : nothing shows up , it just crashes me out to the xbox series x dashboard

Crashes in Ultimate Team when loading any rivals match, squad battle, or moments. In rivals matches it usually crashes at half time when resuming for the second half - either a blank screen or the pitch with no players visible, but no way to resume or exit. Blank loading screen (black screen with green EAFC logo at the bottom) when loading other matches or moments. Only way out is to shut down the game and restart.

As above. Happening in 90% of my matches.

I can enter ultimate team and buy packs / players ect i can do everything BUT play games, when i accses the fpr example ”rivals” i get to the point were i can see my team and when i press search a message pop up and Says i cant enter games and try again later. It has been 4 hours now and still cant play.

My son is playing on Xbox Series S.

Having spent £100 on the ultimate edition he is constantly being kicked from his game mid match on ultimate team matches. This is happening during squad battles, rivals matches and all other gameplay modes in FUT.

This is becoming very frustrating and upsetting him greatly as he cannot play with his friends who do not seem to be having these issues. 

There is no issue with the internet connection, his older brother is also playing EAFC24 on his own console and does not suffer the same issues.

A fix for this issue would be much appreciated as soon as possible!!!!!

Thanks for posting the clips fznz. Exact same thing happens to me too randomly. Can anyone from EA respond and fix this soon pls?
