EA SPORTS FC 24 DOESN'T SHOW ON MY ACCOUNT

Hello.

I came across a weird problem. I bought the EA SPORTS FC 24 and tried to activate it. Key got accepted but the game did not show in my library even for a second. I've tried all of the solutions I found on the EA forums and nothing works. EA live helper confirmed that the game is on my account but I don't see it anywhere nor library nor the ea help site where it says "my game" by the games I have.
