@migos0912 Encountering issues like these is never a fun experience, but luckily there are some troubleshooting steps that you can perform:
1. Run the EA app as an administrator
2. Clear the cache via Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
3. Temporarily disable your firewall/ant-virus or make an exception for the EA app
For disabling the firewall https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-microsoft-defender-firewall-on-or-off-ec0844f7-aebd-0583-67fe-601ecf5d774f
If you still face the same issue then, start your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot."
Click on the below link and follow the procedure to perform a clean boot. Check if it helps.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
After you performed these steps, then please let me know if they worked or not.

If you're still running into this same error can we try setting a different DNS on your system to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen similar situations in the past, and using a different DNS can sometimes help.
- Right-click the bottom left windows icon (start menu).
- Select Network Connections.
- On the left you will find a tab Ethernet, here you will find an option Change adapter options.
- When you click on this a new window will open up showing your network card, right-click your network card and select properties.
- Scroll down till you find the option: Internet protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4).
- Highlight this by clicking on this once and click on Properties.
- Here you will find on the bottom the DNS settings.
- Select the Use the following DNS server addresses.
- Now fill in the DNS of Google:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
- Click OK and close this window.
