EA Sports FC 24 stuck on preparing download

Bought EA Sports FC 24 days ago but I can't download the game.When I click download it gets stuck on preparing download
technical issues

I have seen my order is still in processing since 9th September how do I fix that

@migos0912 In this case, simply contact EA Support. They can cancel the order there. Then you have to buy them again. So don't worry.
