Bought EA Sports FC 24 days ago but I can't download the game.When I click download it gets stuck on preparing download

Did this, but didnt worked.
When I bought the game, it downloaded properly, but due to some issues, I had requested for feedback. Now I have bought the game again. Issue started when I tried to download, it stuck on infinite "preparing to download". I reset the app, cleared cache, but didnt worked anything
