Update, for anyone that comes across this post...
If you did all of the troubleshooting steps and none of them worked. I'm afraid to inform you that it'll literally require factory resetting your PC and redownloading everything to stop EA Anticheat from crashing.
I decided to do this for one reason - I luckily have a gaming laptop that I decided to test EAFC 24 with....and it loaded with no issues. So I took the gamble of factory resetting my rig, and the gamble paid of this time.

I'll ask mastercard to cancel the payment. Sue for emotional damage on behalf of my son :D I did everything i found online but nothing worked so then i factory reset my PC and even then after only downloading Steam and FC24 it still just crashes right after the EA Anti cheat shows up. To be more specific, the anti cheat comes up, it fully loads then closes after which a window with FC24 shows up but is just fully black. If anyone finds a way to solve this issue please dm me on discord, my username is 9avian
