EAFC 25 Pre Order rewards missing
Hi I am currently on FC25 and I don’t have my pre order rewards such as the hero pack and my 4600 fifa points, why is this?

Its the 20th now, and I've only received 1600 fifa points... Where is my remaining 3000???
Hello, I haven’t received any EAFC 25 Ultimate Edition pre order rewards. It is currently 2:03am on September 20th where I live and I can even go back on my Xbox account to look at order history, showing I pre ordered the game on August 18th. That should mean I get all the rewards on September 20th but nothing to be found. Please help
