EAFC defaulting at 8928 x 1440 resolution?

Game is defaulting at 8928 x 1440 at full screen causing massive issues. 

I'm having to run the game and use a 3rd party software like OBS to view the game on my second monitor.

The resolution still reads 2560 x 1440 on EAFC  whilst the game is telling my monitor to run it at 8928 x 1440. There is no way to change the resolution on my monitor. 

I then have to change my game from full screen to "Windows Boarderless" in order to play it. Every time I switch to full screen of the game restarts this happens. 

I have already verified files updated all drivers and windows. This has never occurred untill the recent update. 

Please provide me with a fix
