EAFC24 Commentary Audio does not work

EAFC24 Commentary Audio does not work. I have used two pairs of headphones, one of them is a Steelseries headphones that can connect to the PS4 directly, the other is a pair of Beats that I can connect to my controller using an auxiliary cord, and I cannot hear any commentary during the game. I even connected my Steelseries to my controller using the auxiliary cord and it still doesn't work. I checked all my audio settings, double-checked my commentary volume settings in-game, turned down stadium ambience just-incase it was drowning out the commentary audio. Nothing works, the rest of the audio in-game works. I can hear the crowd, the ball, the referee's whistle, but no commentary, it sounds very uncanny. I checked and there are no updates for the game or my PS4. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well, restarted my PS4 multiple times, I don't know what else to do.
