Eafc24/25 Game freezes after starting a match

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? I had it constantly in ea fc24 and 25 from the day i started playing them. (December 2024)
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) It doesn’t matter, happens all the time
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I start the finding match in rivals/champions it begins to process me to the match but immediately it freezes for 5-10 seconds , then it shows animation further for 2-3 seconds and disconnects me from the match.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are 2 possible ways. It either disconnects me with a message that connection with opponent was lost and does not give me a lose in this match, either the screen turns total black and I cannot do nothing with it (was waiting 10,15 minutes nothing changed) and the only option is to leave the game. But in second scenario it gives me a lose in the match.
What should be happening instead? The match should comfortably start
