    Marking these two posts for visibility. If you experience this issue, please make sure that your Antivirus is not blocking any of the game files. Add the EA app and the game as exceptions to your security applications. LINK

i've downloaded fc 24 3 times now and every couple of days it will delete itself from my desktop and when loading into the ea app all it does is want me to redownload the entire game. nothing goes wrong with my computer everytime i shutdown then boot computer back up the next day the icon is missing from my desktop.

    Hi,

    I have the exact same issue. My EA app is installed on my C drive but the game is installed on my E drive.

    Think this causes an issue and just gets stuck in an infinite download loop.

    Pretty annoying bug for a company that should have a decent app.

      i've had the app downloaded in c drive then the game in d drive the first time it deleted i changed it to both be in c drive but it's made no difference

        well I just copied the game files over from the E drive to the directory on the C drive and downloaded again. It's verified the files and showed as installed now

    When i start my computer up EA SPORTS 24 is gone.

    Every time i play EA FC 24 there is nothing wrong it works. Then when i decide its time to stop for the day, shut off my computer en go to bed. The next day when i start my computer on the game is gone, i have to open my EA APP and see that in my installed games EA SPORTS FC 24 is not there. This problem never happend with Fifa 23. When i go to library there is the EA SPORTS FC 24 and it says i have to dowload it. The game files from before are still on my computer. But the .exe file to start the game just doesnt work and it says that the files are not working. So i have to download it agian. How is this possible please help.

    Hello! 
    Actually, i have kinda same problem too. After i installed any game, FC24 for the example, i played some hours, and after i shut down my pc, my icon from desktop has disapeared, into the EA application it's says to download again the game, anyway, the folder with the game is still in the dirrectory, but it doesn't work. If i want to replace or update the files, the game is downloading over and over and never stop.
    What happend with this application? Can anyone tell me what to do? I really don't want to reinstall again and again and again the game every time i shut down my pc.

    Everytime I start my computer on again i cant see FC24 in my library at EA-app. This problem has occured the last three times i started my computer. I get to redownload the game to my computer and then my data is saved and everthing works well but this is just enoying and takes a lot of time. Please help! 🙂

    Hello, I have been playing since theofficial launch day on the 29th September. Didn't have a problem until today. 

    As usual, I open the EA App to launch my game but it asks me to download it even though the game has already been installed. No "Manage" options to allow me to repair or anything.

    I had to delete and uninstall all the 44GB worth of EA Sports 24 from my PC and I had to redownload the game again.

    Right now, for the second time in one day, I have to do it all over again. Again I can't launch the game nor repair it. The only option is to "Download" even if my "EA Games" file is still there.

    This time, I saw an error message pop up saying that some files may have been corrupted and that I needed to repair or uninstall.

    Is there any way to fix this ? I don't want to go through the process of uninstall/installing 44GB worth of data every time I want to play EA FC 24 ...

      @leksoo168  did you fix it? i have the same and i dont want to re download
