Edit avatar in club

My account having issues. Whenever i edit my avatar in club, eg chair hair style (spiky hair), works in 1 game and will suddenly disappear in the next game. WHY?

Also asking EA help is like a maze here. I had to post this and hopefully soimeone who works here help!! Its been 3 months playing in club friendly for 2 hours to play 1 game!!
