Entering a match has been temporarily disabled

Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 25/09/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 21:15
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t get in any game
What should be happening instead? I should be able to enter a game

It’s not just rivals, any ultimate team game mode i try to play right now, i receive an error message saying ‘entering a match has been temporarily disabled, we apologise for the inconvenience and expect match entry to be re-enabled soon. Please try again later’. I’ve restarted my game and my whole xbox and it still won’t let me play. My mates are still able to enter games and I am not, so I’m assuming i have been temporarily banned, and if so, why? I left a game of div rivals and then this started happening.

    Hey everyone, 

    Can you please make sure that you remove Ada Hegerberg from your squad entirely. Don't put her in your Starting XI or on the Sub/reserve bench. 
    After that, you should be able to enter a match again.

    I keep getting this message since last night, can't play games or moments. What seems to be the issue?

    I am trying to play division rivals and every time I search it says "Entering a match has been temporarily disabled, we apologise for the inconvenience and expect match entry to be re-enabled soon. Please try again later." It has now been at least 4 hours, all I want to do is play the game I have payed $116 for. If you guys are going to disable matchmaking, give a warning somewhere within the game or online, as I cannot find anyone else with this issue.

    I've had the same problem for the past 9hours on Xbox platform.   I don't know how to resolve it.

    I've had the same message for the past 9 hours now. I have a housemate who plays the same game, same platform but he's having no issues at all connecting.  What should I try?

    This is ridiculous people pay £90 and yet unable to play the game “entering a match has been temporarily disabled. We apologise for the inconvenience and expect match entry to be re-unable to please try again later.” 

    This needs fixing asap ea or refunds must be given
