Community ManagerHey @123hermanG Please clear the cache on your console to prevent this from happening. You can do that in three different ways:
- Unplug your console for more than 2 minutes. Doing this fixes most issues.
- Press Xbox button > Profile & System > Settings > Devices & Connections > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage.
- Clear cache/soft reset: Settings > System > Console info > Reset Console > Reset and Keep my Games & Apps.
