Error 107

My account on EA play is banned and can't be online I don't know why. I have IT takes Two on it and only is available to play offline and says I am banned and I don't know why because money is out of my debit card account and I got invoice for it. Says banned for TERMS OF SALE. I tried to dispute it times but there is no answers since 3 days. And I can't find option to chat with support as it's not showing at all on EA help.
