Error 117 has detected an unacceptable configuration

Bought Ultimate version in steam. Always getting error 117. Solutions I try:
 - Uninstall/install eaanticheat;
 - Disable all services in System configuration;

 - disable all overlays (steam, nvidia, EAApp)

 - Update NVIDIA drivers.

It's ridiculous. I can not play a game from one of the biggest game developer.
What kind of services do not like to your anticheat? What can I do more to solve this issue? 

I have a 10 days to solve it or I'll refund it. But I want to play it.
