What happens when the bug occurs? Game gives me a loss from matches I won

Hello, I had an issue where the game is giving me losses from games I actually won. The match ends and gives me a loss these happened to me twice this ultimate champions, I’m gonna attach a image of the two match status in my match history it says “data unavailable” so please help me fix this is very unfair
