FC 25 Manager career mode crashes when advancing the date

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On August 26th in the third season of my career mode advancing the day crashes the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes for a few seconds and then crashes and I cannot continue playing career mode as it happens every time I advance the date.
What should be happening instead? The in game date moves onto the 27th.

I bought the game on the 11th of February so the career mode was started on Title Update 9
